Price and Cancellation Policy:

Conference Fees Members $480.00
Conference Fees Non-members* $650.00

Non-member Conference registration will automatically come with CAPPA membership to June 30, 2025. 

Registration deadline: Noon May 9, 2025

Cancellation Policy

Conference attendees must contact the CAPPA office in order to cancel their registration. Cancellations must be received in writing by email (office@cappa.org).

The following refund policy is in place:

Full refunds will be given if cancellation to CAPPA occurs prior to Midnight on May 1, 2025.

A 50% refund will be given if cancellation to CAPPA occurs prior to Midnight on May 8, 2025.

Refunds will not be given after May 9, 2025.

A $20 administration fee is applies to full and partial refunds.

Registration, however, may be transferred to another attendee without an administration fee. Please notify CAPPA of the transfer to another attendee in writing at least five business days before the event. The original registrant would be responsible to sort the payment out offline with the new attendee.
