Blockchain Empowers Trust through Transformation

The evolution of blockchain from cryptocurrencies into broader applications and enterprise implementations is underway. The role of blockchain in the digitization transformation has relevance to industry, academia, government and the public at large, which this talk will explore.

Blockchain holds the promise of potential cost savings, new operational efficiencies, and improved transparency and accuracy – mitigating the friction and costs of traditional transactional systems. Enterprises, experimenters, and educators and exploring and forming whole new ecosystems – which we will explore.

Speaker Bio:


Mike Gee

Mike Gee serves as COO for GuildOne. He is adept in information technology, with over 20 years of solution delivery experience specializing in solution design, technical architecture, software development life cycles, and vendor and departmental management. From idea to realization, he is an expert at delivering and managing the end-to-end solution delivery process. Mike is very familiar with the role as a change agent within the business, as well as information technology.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CPD Luncheon attendees must contact the CAPPA office in order to cancel their registration. Cancellations must be received in writing by email (office@cappa.org). The following refund policy is in place:Registration Closes: Noon, April 18, 2019

 

– Full refunds will be given up to 10 days prior to the event.

– A 50% refund will be given up to 6 days prior to the event.

– Refunds will not be provided thereafter. 

There is an administration fee of $20 to cancel.
Registration, however, may be transferred to another attendee without an administration fee. Please notify CAPPA of the transfer to another attendee. The original registrant would be responsible to sort the payment out offline with the new attendee.
