OBJECTIVE
This one day interactive workshop equips managers to address the issues involved in managing through times of uncertainty with a focus understanding the issues and implementing new ways of working. Managers need to develop the skills necessary to create their own clarity, for their own benefit and that of their teams.

All leaders who work in environments where change is a constant and those who seek the ability to create clarity for their teams which leads to improved decision making and prioritization of work.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be received by email to office@cappa.org in order to cancel event registration.
The following refund policy applies to this event:
Full refunds will be given if cancellation to CAPPA occurs prior to midnight on January 8, 2019
A 50% refund will be given if cancellation to CAPPA occurs prior to midnight on January 15, 2019
Refunds will not be given after January 15th.
A $20 administration fee is applies to full and partial refunds.
Registration, however, may be transferred to another attendee without an administration fee. Please notify CAPPA of the transfer to another attendee. The original registrant would be responsible to sort the payment out offline with the new attendee.
