Speaker Bio:
Fay Milanizadeh
Fay Milanizadeh has over 20 Years’ experience in various aspects of operations Accounting. This includes Gas Cost Allowance, Oil and Gas Production & Revenue Accounting, Marketing Accounting, Joint Venture Audit, Equalization Reviews, and Production Accounting Systems Support.
In addition, Fay has also held roles in leadership, teaching, mentorship, and training. Fay is currently an independent consultant under MILA Consultants.
Presentation Description:
Fay will be presenting an overview of Gas Cost Allowance, definitions, forms, and eligibility criteria for oil vs. gas facilities. Explaining some of the GCA forms and their purpose, and provide submission dates for upcoming 2019 GCA year.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CPD Luncheon attendees must contact the CAPPA office in order to cancel their registration. Cancellations must be received in writing by email (office@cappa.org). The following refund policy is in place:Registration Closes: Noon, January 18, 2019.
– Full refunds will be given up to 10 days prior to the event.
– A 50% refund will be given up to 6 days prior to the event.
– Refunds will not be provided thereafter.
There is an administration fee of $20 to cancel.
Registration, however, may be transferred to another attendee without an administration fee. Please notify CAPPA of the transfer to another attendee. The original registrant would be responsible to sort the payment out offline with the new attendee.
