We need your consent – Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL)
Members may be aware that Canada introduced new anti-spam legislation (CASL) effective July 1, 2014. As an Association, we have implied consent from our membership during a three year transition period. Ultimately, CAPPA will require all members’ express consent in order for you to stay connected with your professional association.
