Non-members will need to set up a brief profile in order to register for these seminars.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Education Days’ attendees must contact the CAPPA office in order to cancel their registration. Cancellations must be received in writing by email (office@cappa.org).
The following refund policy is in place:
– Full refunds will be given if cancellation to CAPPA occurs prior to Midnight on September 22, 2015.
– A 50% refund will be given if cancellation to CAPPA occurs prior to Midnight on September 25, 2015.
– Refunds will not be given after September 25, 2015.
Since Paypal has restrictive refund policies, there is an administration fee of $20 because we are charged a fee for every transaction, both money in and money out
