Resolutions:
- ”Exercise of Borrowing Funds”. This new article (23) will read:
- “Under no circumstances shall anyone borrow funds on behalf of the association for the purpose of carrying out the association’s objectives or for any other reason.
- Under no circumstances shall any monies of the association be lent to anyone within or outside of the association.”
- “CAPPA will proceed with an Application under Alberta’s Professional and Occupational Associations Registration Act (POARA) for Registration for Self-Regulation which includes
- Right of Title for the profession of Production Accounting.” (This had previously received a 92% vote of approval in 2 informal membership surveys. We now seek a formal resolution to proceed. Click here for more details
